    Requirements:

    • Must be at least 21 years of age

    • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

    • Must be able to pass a background check

    Job Duties:

    • Direct youth calmly, firmly, and consistently according to Agency policies.

    • Be available and open for conversations with youth regarding their problems, concerns, and successes

    • Teach youth independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning, job searching, etc.

    • Provide clean and neat surroundings for the youth

    • Ensure that youth perform the tasks assigned to him/her

    • Distribute and supervise youth taking medication and sign off on the Medication Administration Record.

    • Complete daily logs and incident reports

    • Cook as needed

    • Work cooperatively with assigned caseworkers

    • Work cooperatively with schools, courts, and other agencies

    • Participate in youth’s recreational activities

    Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time Hours Available. (24 hour facility) Afternoons, Midnights and Weekends Needed

    Pay: Starting at $14

  • On-Call:

    • If you are not able to be on-call at least 1 week out of the month please do NOT apply! There are multiple Supervisors so you’ll be apart of a rotation.

    Job Duties:

    • Schedule appointments for residents.

    • Complete intake when a new resident arrives.

    • Update each resident's file in accordance with state and accreditation standards.

    • Review and Email reports to appropriate parties after completion.

    • Complete grocery list, chore list, menu, visitation reports, and other assigned documents when due or as needed.

    • Manage call-offs from Youth Leaders (find replacement or provide coverage as needed.)

    • Complete Youth Leader 90-day and annual evaluations.

    • Train Youth Leader's

    • Hold monthly meetings with Youth Leaders

    • Create necessary administrative documents as required.

    • Help organize activities and events for the residents.

    • Attend Service Plan and other meetings when required.

    Qualifications:

    • Detail-oriented, organized and knows how to plan ahead

    • Must be able to pass a background check

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.

    • Computer competency. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Excellent communication skills.

    • Must be 21 years or older

    Who you’ll Supervise: Youth Leaders (direct care staff)

    Schedule: Day-Time, 30+ hours (Full-Time)
