Artis’s Tender Love & Care, Inc. was established to provide adolescent youth with a nurturing and safe environment. ATLC accomplishes this by utilizing behavior support and management techniques that promote growth and self-control for our youth.
Staff

Youth have 24-hour supervision, and the ATLC staff consists of Youth Leaders, Supervisors, Clinical Staff, Program Manager, Nurse Practitioner, Human Resources, Maintenance, Executive Director, Administrator, CEO, and Board of Directors.
All employees receive training in Trauma Informed Care, ATLC’s Policies and Procedures and in areas necessary to complete their job responsibilities.
Community Partnerships
Community Resources
ATLC partners with educational, medical, spiritual and a host of other community organizations in order to ensure that a holistic approach has been provided to our youth upon completion.
Criteria for Youth Admissions
We partner with surrounding counties and juvenile courts who need placement for girls. Youth age range is 10-17, unless 18 through 21 with mental or physical disabilities. For other requirements please contact our agency at (330) 746-ATLC or by email at contact@atlcinc.com
Employment Opportunities
All persons employed in positions responsible for daily direct care or supervision of youth must be able to pass a background check, be at least (21) twenty-one years of age, and have a high school diploma or equivalent certificate.
