Our ultimate goal is to develop a stable environment for youth by implementing supportive care and training programs. Upon completion, each girl will have discovered her own self-worth and be able to go into the community and live a responsible, productive life.

Artis’s Tender Love & Care, Inc. was established to provide adolescent youth with a nurturing and safe environment. ATLC accomplishes this by utilizing behavior support and management techniques that promote growth and self-control for our youth.

Staff

Youth have 24-hour supervision, and the ATLC staff consists of Youth Leaders, Supervisors, Clinical Staff, Program Manager, Nurse Practitioner, Human Resources, Maintenance, Executive Director, Administrator, CEO, and Board of Directors.

All employees receive training in Trauma Informed Care, ATLC’s Policies and Procedures and in areas necessary to complete their job responsibilities.

ATLC partners with educational, medical, spiritual and a host of other community organizations in order to ensure that a holistic approach has been provided to our youth upon completion.
